Detection of Human GPR97 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HEK293T human embryonic kidney cell line either mock transfected or transfected with human GPR97 and eGFP. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human GPR97 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10097) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for GPR97 at approximately 75 kDa (as indicated). Background: GPR97
Adhesion G protein-coupled receptor G3 (ADGRG3, GPR97 or PGR26) is an orphan GPCR receptor that in vitro regulates migration of lymphatic endothelial cells via the small GTPases RhoA and CDC42. GPR97 is a 549 aminoacids (aa) 7-transmembrane domain (7TM) receptor belonging to the secretin sub-family of GPCR. Human GPR97 is expressed in granulocytes and endothelial cells of the vasculature.
