Detection of Human and Mouse PGPEP‑1 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of LNCaP human prostate cancer cell line, JAR human choriocarcinoma cell line, NTera-2 human testicular embryonic carcinoma cell line, Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line, and human brain (cortex) tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human PGPEP-1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6278) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for PGPEP-1 at approximately 23 kDa (as indicated).
