Scientific Data Images for Human/Mouse/Rat IRS1 Antibody

Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat IRS1 antibody by Western Blot.

Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat IRS1 by Western Blot.

Western blot shows lysates of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line, and PC-12 rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat IRS1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3978) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for IRS1 at approximately 170 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
IRS1 antibody in Human Liver Cancer Tissue by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P).

IRS1 in Human Liver Cancer Tissue.

IRS1 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human liver cancer tissue using Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat IRS1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3978) at 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
