Scientific Data Images for Human/Mouse/Rat SIRP delta Antibody
Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat SIRP delta by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human testis tissue, mouse testis tissue, and rat testis tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat SIRP delta Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB101381) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody HAF008. A specific band was detected for SIRP delta at approximately 18 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using our Western Blot Buffer Group 1.SIRP delta in THP-1 Human Cell Line.
SIRP delta was detected in immersion fixed THP-1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line (left panel; positive staining) and MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line (right panel; negative staining) using Rabbit Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat SIRP delta Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB101381) at 3 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red; NL004) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. Staining was performed using our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.SIRP delta in U937 Human Cell Line.
SIRP delta was detected in immersion fixed U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line (left panel; positive staining) and MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line (right panel; negative staining) using Rabbit Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat SIRP delta Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB101381) at 3 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red; NL004) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. Staining was performed using our protocol forFluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.Applications for Human/Mouse/Rat SIRP delta Antibody
