Detection of ROR gamma t/RORC2/NR1F3 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry.
Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) either (A) stimulated to induce Th17 cells or (B) unstimulated were stained with Rabbit Anti-Human/Mouse ROR gamma t/RORC2/NR1F3 Alexa Fluor® 700-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC9125N) and Mouse Anti-Human CD3 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (FAB100P). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # IC1051N). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed and permeabilized with FlowX FoxP3 Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Kit (Catalog # FC012).
