Detection of MUC-1 in MCF‑7 Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.
MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line was stained with Rabbit Anti-Human MUC-1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB62981, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (MAB1050, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab')2Secondary Antibody (F0110). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane-associated Proteins protocol.MUC‑1 in Human Breast Cancer Tissue.
MUC-1 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human breast cancer tissue using Rabbit Anti-Human MUC-1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB62981) at 3 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Goat IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody (VC004). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. View our protocol for IHC Staining with VisUCyte HRP Polymer Detection Reagents.Applications for Human MUC-1 Antibody
