Detection of Human Neurogenin‑3 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human heart tissue, human placenta tissue, human prostate tissue, and human liver tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Neurogenin-3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3444) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Neurogenin-3 at approximately 27 kDa (as indicated).
