Detection of Human NF-H by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of IMR-32 human neuroblastoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human NF-H Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB31082) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF018). A specific band was detected for NF-H at approximately 210 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.
Detection of Human NF-H by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western shows lysates of human motor cortex and human hippocampus, loaded at 0.2 mg/ml. A specific band was detected for NF-H at approximately 270-350 kDa (as indicated) using 20 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human NF-H Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB31082).
