Detects human PDGF-B subunit in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, shows approximately 40% cross‑reactivity with recombinant human (rh) PDGF‑AB and no cross-reactivity with rhCTGF, rhLDGF, rhPDGF‑AA, recombinant rat (rr) PDGF‑AA, rrPDGF‑AB, rrPDGF‑BB, rhPDGF‑C, rhPDGF‑D, rhPlGF, rhVEGF, rhVEGF‑C, or rhVEGF‑D.
