Scientific Data Images for Human SIRP beta1/CD172b Antibody
Detection of SIRP-beta in Human Peripheral Blood Granulocytes by Flow Cytometry.
Human peripheral blood granulocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human SIRP-beta Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB20961, filled histogram) or Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control Antibody (Catalog # MAB003, open histogram) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B). SIRP beta1/CD172b was detected in immersion fixed U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line (left panel; positive staining) and Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line (right panel; negative staining) using Mouse Anti-Human SIRP beta1/CD172b Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB20961) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
