Detection of SOX9 in U-251 MG cells (positive) and HEL 92.1.7 cells (negative).
SOX9 was detected in immersion fixed U-251 MG human glioblastoma cells (positive) and absent in HEL 92.1.7 human erythroleukemic cells (negative) using Mouse Anti-Human SOX9 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3075) at 8 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
