In a functional flow cytometry test, recombinant human VISTA/B7-H5 (20 ng/mL, Catalog # 7126-B7) binds to HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with human VSIG8 and eGFP. (A) Binding is completely blocked by 2.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human VSIG8 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB94182) but not by (B) Mouse IgG2B Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB0041).
