Flow Cytometry: Mouse IgM Antibody (II/41) [PE/Cy5] [NBP1-43068] - Staining of C57Bl/6 bone marrow cells with Anti-Human/Mouse CD45R (B220) FITC and 0.06 ug of Rat IgG2a Isotype Control PE-Cy5 (left) or 0.06 ug of Anti-Mouse IgM PE-Cy5 (right). Total viable cells were used for analysis.

Application Notes
This II/41 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.125 ug per test. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5to 10^8cells/test.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
