Detects pro form of Insect Cathepsin L in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Cathepsin S is observed and no cross-reactivity with rhCathepsin B, F, K, L2/V, and activated, mature insect Cathepsin L is observed.
