Knockout Validated: IRF3 Antibody (3F10) - BSA Free [NBP1-04308]

Knockout Validated: IRF3 Antibody (3F10) - BSA Free [NBP1-04308]

Knockout Validated: IRF3 Antibody (3F10) [NBP1-04308] - Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma parental cell line and IRF3 knockout (KO) HeLa cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1:1000 of Mouse Anti-Human IRF3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP1-04308) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog #HAF018). Specific band was detected for IRF3 at approximately 55 kDa (as indicated) in the parental HeLa cell line, but is not detectable in the knockout HeLa cell line. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
Western Blot: IRF3 Antibody (3F10)BSA Free [NBP1-04308]

Western Blot: IRF3 Antibody (3F10)BSA Free [NBP1-04308]

Western Blot: IRF3 Antibody (3F10) - BSA Free [NBP1-04308] - The cell lysates (40ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human IRF3 antibody (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system. Lane 1: MCF7 cell lysate. Lane 2: K562 cell lysate. Lane 3: Jurkat cell lysate

Background: IRF3

Members of the Interferon regulatory factor (IRF) family regulate gene expression critical to immune response, hemopoiesis, and proliferation. IRF-3 is a member of the IRF family, and is distinct from other family members. Its transcriptional activity is regulated solely by posttranslational modifications. It plays a crucial role in activation of innate immunity and inflammation in response to viral infection.
