WB: Approx. 70 kDa band observed in MOLT4 lysates (calculated MW of 63.2 kDa band according to NP_005466.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing SH2B3 a band of approx. 65 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293.

Mediating the interaction between the extracellular receptors and intracellular signaling pathways are adaptor proteins such as LAT (MIM 602354), TRIM (MIM 604962), and LNK.[supplied by OMIM]
