Western Blot: MAGEA3 Antibody (21B4) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-20167] - HeLa(A) (0.01ug/ml) cells lysate and HeLa(B) (0.01ug/ml) cells nuclear lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of 21B4 (NBP3-20167) before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: MAGEA3 Antibody (21B4) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-20167] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of 21B4 (NBP3-20167) (1:1000 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody (1:1500 dilution), showing nuclear staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom NBP3-20167, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was anti-fluorescein antibody (NBP2-52638) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody.

Flow Cytometry: MAGEA3 Antibody (21B4) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-20167] - HeLa cells were stained with an isotype control (NBP2-52638, black line) or the rabbit-chimeric version of 21B4 (NBP3-20167, blue line) at a concentration of 1 ug/ml for 30 mins at RT.
