Scientific Data Images for Mouse alpha1-Acid Glycoprotein Antibody
Detection of Mouse alpha1-Acid Glycoprotein by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of mouse liver tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Mouse a1-Acid Glycoprotein Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5934) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for a1-Acid Glycoprotein at approximately 40 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group.Applications for Mouse alpha1-Acid Glycoprotein Antibody
