Background: CCL6/C10
CCL6, also known as C10 and SCYA6, is a beta chemokine with an extended N-terminus. CCL6 expression is induced by GM-CSF stimulation of monocytes and neutrophils and IL-4 stimulation of macrophages. CCL6 functions as a monocyte and macrophage chemoattractant.
