Detection of Mouse CD11b/Integrin alpha M by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of mouse brain. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Mouse CD11b/Integrin alpha M Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11242) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF008). A specific band was detected for CD11b/Integrin alpha M at approximately 150 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.

Simple Western lane view shows lysates of mouse brain and rat brain, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for CD11b/Integrin alpha M at approximately 180-200 kDa (as indicated) using 5 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Mouse CD11b/Integrin alpha M Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11242) .
