Detection of Mouse NAC1 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of D3 mouse embryonic stem cell line, F9 mouse teratocarcinoma stem cells, and M1 mouse myeloid leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.05 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Mouse NAC1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8375) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for NAC1 at approximately 65-70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.NAC1 in Mouse Embryo.
NAC1 was detected in immersion fixed frozen sections of mouse embryo (13 d.p.c.) using Rabbit Anti-Mouse NAC1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8375) at 5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Rabbit HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS005) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to developing primary sensory neurons in dorsal root ganglia. Simple Western lane view shows lysate of D3 mouse embryonic stem cell line, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for NAC1 at approximately 69 kDa (as indicated) using 1 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Mouse NAC1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8375).
