Detects mouse TGF‑ beta RI/ALK-5 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows approximately 20‑25% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) TGF-beta RI and no cross-reactivity with recombinant rat MIS RII, rhTGF-beta RII, rhTGF‑ beta RIIb, or rhTGF‑ beta RIII.
