Lane D: Raw264.7 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 ug per lane. Secondary Goat Anti- Rabbit IgG H&L (Dylight 800) at 1/10000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 38 kDa. Observed band size: 46 kDa
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: NUDC Antibody [NBP2-96997]

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: NUDC Antibody [NBP2-96997]

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: NUDC Antibody [NBP2-96997] - Immunofluorescence staining of NUDC in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-human NUDC polyclonal antibody (1:1000) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.

Background: NUDC

NudC was first identified as a regulator of nuclear movement in the asexual reproductive cycle of the filamentous fungus Aspergillus nidulans. Human NUDC is a nuclear movement protein that associates with dynein (see DYNC1H1; MIM 600112) (Aumais et al., 2003 [PubMed 12679384]).[supplied by OMIM]

Alternate Names
