Application
Recommended Usage
CyTOF-ready
Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
Flow Cytometry
Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
Functional
Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence
Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
Application Notes
The J43 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse Con-A activated spleen cells and mouse PD-1 transfected cells. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 ug per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 uL. Cell number should be determined empirically. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
