ELISA: NBP2-23584 binds free PYY(3-36) in solution. An ELISA dilution guideline of 1/20,000 applies to PYY(3-36) coated directly at 1 ug/mL. NBP2-23584 as a capture antibody forms a sandwich ELISA antibody pair with biotinylated NBP1-05167 as a detection antibody for measuring PYY(3-36).
WB: NBP2-23584 can be used in Western blotting.
