Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PHC3 antibody NB100-77313 used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. PHC3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PHC3 antibody NB100-77312, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
