Scientific Data Images for Rat CCL19/MIP-3 beta Antibody
Chemotaxis Induced by CCL19/MIP‑3 beta and Neutralization by Rat CCL19/MIP‑3 beta Antibody.
Recombinant Rat CCL19/MIP-3 beta (Catalog # 7800-M3) induces chemotaxis in the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human CCR7 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Rat CCL19/MIP-3 beta (25 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Rat CCL19/MIP-3 beta Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7800). The ND50 is typically 0.4-2.4 µg/mL.Applications for Rat CCL19/MIP-3 beta Antibody
Application
Recommended Usage
Neutralization
Measured by its ability to neutralize CCL19/MIP‑3 beta-induced chemotaxis in the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human CCR7. The Neutralization Dose (ND50) is typically 0.4-2.4 μg/ml in the presence of 25 ng/mL Recombinant Rat CCL19/MIP‑3 beta.
