Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: RhoA Antibody (103) [NBP2-90107] - Immunofluorescence staining of RHOA in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-human RHOA monoclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:60) at 4? overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor-488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).Positive staining was localized to Cytoplasm.

Background: RhoA

RhoA belongs to the small GTPase superfamily, Rho family. It regulates a signal transduction pathway linking plasma membrane receptors to the assembly of focal adhesion and actin stress fibers. It serves as a target for the yopT cysteine peptidase from Yersinia pestis, vector of the plague, and Yersinia pseudotuberculosis, which causes gastrointestinal disorders. It binds PRKCL1, ROCK1 and ROCK2. Interacts with NET1 and ARHGEF3.
