Flow Cytometry: SIRP beta 1/gamma Antibody (OX117) - Chimeric [NBP2-81072] - Flow-cytometry using [NBP2-81072]. Human lymphocytes were stained with an isotype control (NBP2-52638, panel A) or the rabbit-chimeric version of OX117 (NBP2-81072, panel B) at a concentration of 1 ug/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.Applications for SIRP beta 1/gamma Antibody (OX117) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques. This antibody binds to human Signal-regulatory protein gamma, an immunoglobulin-like cell surface receptor binding CD47. It mediates cell-cell adhesion and enhances T-cell activation.
