Immunoprecipitation: SMARCA1 Antibody [NB100-57524] - Detection of human SMARCA1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SMARCA1 antibody NB100-57524 (lot 2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. SMARCA1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot 1). For blotting immunoprecipitated SMARCA1, NB100-57524 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for SMARCA1 Antibody - BSA Free

Application Notes
This antibody is not recommended for blotting crude sources of SMARCA1/SNF2L. NB100-57524 can be used at 1:2,000 to 1:10,000 for blotting enriched sources (e.g. immunoprecipitated and exogenously expressed) of SMARCA1/SNF2L. Immunohistochemistry 1:1,000 - 1:5,000. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.
