Western Blot: SNAP25 Antibody (SP12) [NBP2-81057] - Mouse brain (lane 1), mouse rectum (lane 2), mouse pancreas (lane 3), human lung cancer (lane 4), human breast cancer (lane 5) and Hela cell (lane 6) samples were resolved on a 12% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with NBP2-81057 at 2 ug/ml before being detected by a secondary antibody. Bands corresponding to the expected 23 kDa SNAP25 protein were detected in mouse brain (along with likely oligomers) as well as in mouse rectum (faint).
