Immunoprecipitation:STING/TMEM173 AntibodyNBP3-30682] -Detection of human STING/TMEM173 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-STING/TMEM173 antibody (NBP3-30682 lot 2) used for IP at 0.2 µg per reaction. STING/TMEM173 was also immunoprecipitated by a different epitope of STING/TMEM173. For blotting immunoprecipitated STING/TMEM173, NBP3-30682 was used at 0.01 mg/ml.
