Western Blot: TET2 Antibody (649) [NBP2-43552] - Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TET2 antibody [649] diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (NBP2-19382) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
Chromatin Immunoprecipitation: TET2 Antibody (649) [NBP2-43552] - Cross-linked ChIP was performed with HeLa chromatin extract and 5 ug of either control mouse IgG or anti-TET2 antibody. The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to CCND2.
