Western Blot: TET3 Antibody [NBP2-20602] - Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TET3 antibody [C3], C-term (NBP2-20602) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
