Western Blot: TFIIE beta Antibody [NBP2-20610]

Western Blot: TFIIE beta Antibody [NBP2-20610]

Western Blot: TFIIE beta Antibody [NBP2-20610] - Sample (30 ug of whole cell lysate) A: Jurkat nucleus 10% SDS PAGE gel, diluted at 1:5000.
Chromatin Immunoprecipitation: TFIIE beta Antibody [NBP2-20610] - Cross-linked ChIP was performed with HeLa chromatin extract and 5 ug of either control rabbit IgG or anti-TFIIE beta antibody. The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to GAPDH promoter or MyoD.
Immunoprecipitation: TFIIE beta Antibody [NBP2-20610]

Immunoprecipitation: TFIIE beta Antibody [NBP2-20610]

Immunoprecipitation: TFIIE beta Antibody [NBP2-20610] - IP Sample: Jurkat whole cell lysate/extract A : 30 ug whole cell lysate/extract of TFIIE beta protein expressing Jurkat cells B : Control with 2.5 ug of pre-immune rabbit IgG C : Immunoprecipitation of TFIIE beta by 2.5 ug of TFIIE beta antibody 12% SDS-PAGE The immunoprecipitated TFIIE beta protein was detected by TFIIE beta antibody diluted at 1:1000. EasyBlot anti-rabbit IgG (HRP) was used as a secondary reagent.

Background: TFIIE beta

Recruits TFIIH to the initiation complex and stimulates the RNA polymerase II C-terminal domain kinase andDNA-dependent ATPase activities of TFIIH. Both TFIIH and TFIIE are required for promoter clearance by RNA polymerase
