WB: Approx. 125 kDa band observed in Jurkat lysates (calculated MW of 127 kDa band according to NP_079511.1). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 45 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
