TP53INP2 (tumor protein p53 inducible nuclear protein 2) participates in the regulation of transcription and autophagy. TP53INP2 is known to have interactions with GABARAPL2, MAP1LC3A and GABARAP. TP53INP2 has been studied in relation to obesity, ataxia and achalasia.
