Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29589]-Detection of human glycosylated and deglycosylated UPAR by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from U-937 cells incubated with or without TPA and lysed using NETN lysis buffer. The lysate was then treated or mock treated with PnGase F. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-UPAR antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. For blotting immunoprecipitated UPAR, was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
