Scientific Data Images for Villin 1 Antibody - BSA Free
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Villin 1 Antibody [NBP1-32841]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Villin 1 Antibody [NBP1-32841] - Villin 1 and Cadherin-17 were detected in immersion fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of MimEX adult stem cell-derived ascending colon tissue with Mouse Anti-Human Cadherin-17 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1032) at 1.25 ug/mL and Rabbit Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat/Bovine Villin 1 Antibody (Catalog # NBP1-32841) at 0.62 ug/mL overnight at 4 C. Tissue was then stained using the NorthernLights 493-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (green; Catalog # NL009) and NorthernLights 557-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL004) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Cadherin-17 staining was detected in cellular membranes throughout the epithelial layer while Villin 1 staining was localized specifically to the apical surface of the polarized epithelial layer.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Villin 1 Antibody [NBP1-32841]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Villin 1 Antibody [NBP1-32841] - Rat colon. Villin stained by Villin antibody diluted at 1:500. Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min.Western Blot: Villin 1 Antibody [NBP1-32841]
