Biological Activity for Fluo-4 AM

Fluo-4 AM is a cell-permeable, fluorescent Ca²⁺ indicator (K_d Ca²⁺ = 345 nM). Displays no resting signal and 100-fold increase in emission intensity upon Ca²⁺ binding. Excitation/emission λ 494/506 nm.

It is recommended to prepare stock solutions in DMSO.
