Description

Store vial at 4C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Bovine IgG coupled to agarose beads. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Bovine IgG, Bovine IgG F(c) and Bovine Serum

ELISA: Rabbit anti-Bovine IgG Fc Secondary Antibody [HRP] [NBP1-73581] - ELISA Results of Rabbit anti-Bovine IgG Fc Secondary antibody [HRP] tested against purified Bovine IgG Fc HRP. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 ug of Bovine IgG Fc. The working dilution is 1:15,000. The starting dilution of antibody was 5ug/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody.

Application Notes
This product has been tested by ELISA. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Bovine IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:10,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

NOTE: Do NOT add Sodium Azide (it inhibits HRP irreversibly).
