Detection of Rat IgG Primary Antibody by Immunocytochemistry
Detection of human Vimentin by incubating cells with 8 μg/mL of Rat anti-Human Vimentin monoclonal antibody (MAB2105) at room temperature for 1 hour followed by incubation with 1:200 dilution of Donkey Anti-Rat IgG NorthernLights™ NL493-conjugated secondary antibody for 1 hour at room temperature.
