Biological Activity for AS 19

AS 19 is a potent 5-HT₇ receptor agonist (IC₅₀ = 0.83 nM). Enhances memory consolidation and reverses scopolamine- or dizocilpine-induced amnesia in vivo. AS 19 also promotes melanin synthesis in B16F10 murine melanoma cells.
