Biological Activity for BAPTA AM

BAPTA AM is a selective calcium chelator that is the cell-permeable analog of BAPTA (Cat. No. 2786). Blocks hK_v1.5, hK_V11.1 (hERG) and hK_v1.3 channels (K_i values are 1.23, 1.30 and 1.45 μM respectively). Displays antithrombotic activity in vitro.
