Biological Activity for Capecitabine

Capecitabine is a prodrug of 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) (Cat. No. 3257). Selectively activated in tumor cells by thymidine phosphorylase; inhibits DNA synthesis upon conversion to 5-FU. Orally available.
