Biological Activity for CyPPA

CyPPA is an activator of small conductance Ca²⁺-activated K⁺ channels that displays selectivity for K_Ca2.2 (SK2) and K_Ca2.3 (SK3) channels (EC₅₀ values are 5.6 and 14 μM for K_Ca2.3 and K_Ca2.2 respectively). Displays no activity at K_Ca2.1 (SK1) and K_Ca3.1 (IK) channels.
