Accelerated Stability Testing | Armored RNA^® & Armored RNA Quant^® Controls^*

Accelerated stability tests provide a means of comparing alternative formulations, packaging, and/or manufacturing processes in short-term experiments. Bio-Techne’s Asuragen catalog of Armored molecular control products have exhibited real-time stability to 36 months. In this study a varying selection of Armored RNA and Armored RNA Quant catalog products were subjected to accelerated testing at 25^°C; these Armored controls demonstrated stability to the 36-month equivalent of frozen storage when exposed to the accelerated condition. The data presented here highlight the utility of accelerated testing of new and customized Armored molecular control products to predict their real-time stability.
