Armored RNA Enterovirus

Enterovirus is a genus of positive-sense single-stranded RNA viruses associated with several human and other mammalian diseases named by their transmission route through the gastrointestinal tract. Armored RNA Enterovirus Control contains the commonly used amplification primer binding regions for polio virus (type 1 Sabin), coxsackievirus A, and coxsackievirus B. The PCR products generated are 195 basepairs (Schwab, 1995; underlined) and 153 basepairs (Rotbart, 1990; blue), respectively.
