Charge Variant Microheterogeneity Explored via icIEF & Offline MS Analysis of Infliximab Biosimilars

This study develops a complete workflow for biosimilarity assessment using icIEF fractionation, followed by intact analysis with microchip CE-MS technology or bottom-up analysis using a nano LC-MS/MS workflow. The model analytes are Remicade® (innovator) and Flixabi® (biosimilar) of infliximab. This poster was presented at the ASMS conference.
