Scientific Meeting Posters

Spatial biology revolutionizes our grasp of the tumor microenvironment (TME), investigating molecular details in single cells while preserving spatial context. Simultaneous RNA and protein profiling is able to reveal the complex landscape of immune cell populations as well as their activation states. Our study introduces a novel, walk-away automated approach integrating RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) and highplex immunofluorescence (IF) techniques on a single slide for comprehensive TME characterization and investigation. This poster shows how automated spatial multiomics analysis reveal more about the TME complexity, offering better and more trustworthy breakthroughs in cancer research.
